Part of the Board Committee to establish criteria for membership of the Council and the committees. The Committee consists of three members with qualifications and competence in the work of the Committee.

Aims to establish the required standards and capabilities for membership of the Board of Directors and its committees.

Recommendation regarding the appointment of Senior Executives.

Increasing the Authority's human capital's effectiveness.

Proposing general policies for financial benefits and remunerations for members of the Board, committees, and employees of the Authority.
