In partnership with the General Authority for Endowments, the Jood Housing platform has launched the charitable campaign "Jood Housing Charity Subscription" during the blessed month of Ramadan, under the slogan "Your Share, Green for Life." The campaign was inaugurated in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Imad bin Saleh Al-Kharashi, the Governor of the General Authority for Endowments, and several dignitaries.

The charitable campaign, which continues throughout the holy month of Ramadan, aims to encourage society to participate in charitable donations through the Jood Housing platform to secure housing for families in dire need and achieve family stability for the beneficiaries. The campaign aims to collect charitable donations of up to one billion Saudi riyals through 100 million shares, each priced at 10 riyals, with the goal of providing more than 3,500 housing units for beneficiaries.

His Excellency Mr. Imad bin Saleh Al-Kharashi, the Governor of the General Authority for Endowments, stated that the Authority is participating in the charitable subscription campaign as a strategic partner. It plays an active and influential role in the development sector in the Kingdom, emphasizing that the Authority will provide motivational support amounting to 100 million riyals to acquire no less than 300 housing units for families in dire need in various regions of the Kingdom. This support is in line with the conditions set by the donors and the guidance of endowment financial institutions towards high-impact projects in accordance with development priorities.

He further emphasized that the General Authority for Endowments spares no effort in supporting this valuable segment of Saudi society, which is an integral part of the community, by helping secure stable family lives for those most in need. This is achieved by contributing to the provision of suitable housing for beneficiaries, encouraging community donors and contributors, and enabling non-profit organizations to fulfill their societal roles. Additionally, the Authority takes a leading role in supporting sustainable endowment innovations, solutions, and products.

It's worth noting that the General Authority for Endowments has contributed to providing support to the most needy in the housing sector, amounting to approximately 150 million riyals for more than 28,000 beneficiaries, in addition to supporting contributions to endowment investment funds for housing associations.

The General Authority for Endowments works to regulate, preserve, and develop endowment services for beneficiaries, ensuring compliance with the best practices and regulations. This is in line with enhancing the endowment sector's role in economic and social development, as well as social solidarity, in accordance with the principles of Islamic law and regulations. The goal is to achieve the aspirations of the wise leadership in making the Kingdom a leader in the non-profit sector.
