The Good Housing platform, in strategic partnership with the General Authority of Endowments, launched the charitable campaign “Good Housing Charitable Subscription”, which it organizes throughout the blessed month of Ramadan under the slogan “Your share is green for life”, in the presence of His Excellency the Governor of the Authority, Mr. Imad bin Saleh Al-Kharashi, and a number of Excellencies and Excellencies.
The charitable campaign, which continues throughout the blessed month of Ramadan, aims to motivate the community to participate in collecting charitable donations through the Good Housing platform to secure housing for the most needy families and achieve family stability for the beneficiary families. The campaign aims to collect donations amounting to one billion Saudi riyals through 100 million shares of 10 riyals. per share, in order to provide more than 3,500 homes for the beneficiaries.
His Excellency the Governor of the General Authority of Endowments, Imad bin Saleh Al-Kharashi, said that the Authority is participating in the charitable subscription campaign as a strategic partner for the campaign, and an active and influential player in the development field in the Kingdom, stressing that the Authority will provide incentive support of 100 million riyals to own at least 300 housing units for families. Most in need in various regions of the Kingdom, in implementation of the conditions of the endowers and directing the endowment banks to high-impact projects according to the development priority.
His Excellency stressed that the General Authority of Awqaf spares no effort in supporting this precious group that forms part of Saudi society to secure a stable family life for the most needy families, by contributing to providing adequate housing for beneficiary families, motivating donors and donors to contribute to the community, and enabling non-profit organizations to perform their role. community, as well as its leading role in supporting innovations, solutions and sustainable endowment products.
It is noteworthy that the General Authority for Awqaf contributed to providing support to the groups most in need in the field of housing, about 150 million riyals for more than 28 thousand beneficiaries, in addition to the support provided to endowment investment funds for housing associations.
