This service allows you to submit a request to transfer Waqf account management privileges from a current user to a new user via The authority's e-service portal, following the Authority's approved procedures.
Adding a Waqf Bank Account
This service enables you to add a bank account linked to the Waqf's Unified Number via the e-services portal, allowing for the official documentation of Waqf bank accounts with the Authority.
Issuance of the Unified National Number (700)
This service allows the account manager to issue the Unified National Number (700) for the Waqf. This facilitates seamless transactions with government entities and relevant systems in accordance with approved regulations.
Waqf Certificate Renewal

Waqf Certificate Verification
This service enables individuals and entities to verify the authenticity and validity of a Waqf Certificate electronically, ensuring the reliability of the Waqf's legal status.
Balance Inquiry
This service allows the account manager to view the Waqf's financial balance held by the Authority, whether the funds originate from public-interest expropriation compensation or from approved transactions authorized by the competent court.
Authorization Verification
This service enables you to verify the authenticity and validity of authorizations issued by the General Authority for Awqaf electronically. By entering the authorization number and the authorized person's ID, you can ensure the reliability of legal transactions.
Adding a New Waqf Asset
This service allows the account manager to expand the Waqf's scope by adding new assets (whether real estate or movable property) under the registered Waqf's umbrella. This ensures proper legal documentation and helps develop the Waqf's sustainable resources.
Reporting an Unknown Waqf
This service enables you to contribute to the revival and protection of abandoned Awqaf by reporting any Waqf that lacks a known Supervisor (Nazir) or whose expenditure channels have been suspended. Through this service, the Authority aims to safeguard the Endowers' (Waqifs) intentions and maximize social impact. Financial rewards are offered to reporters upon successful verification and official registration of the Waqf.
Disclosure of Waqf Data (Mubeen)
This service is provided electronically and enables the development of a technical model that enables endowment supervisors to disclose endowment data, ensuring their compliance with the regulations governing endowment work and improving the work system within the targeted entities.
Support and Empowerment in Financial Sustainability
This service allows you to request specialized consultations and expertise in financial sustainability. The goal is to develop the financial resources of Awqaf and activate their investment tools, ensuring continuous giving and maximizing their developmental impact in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

This service enables you to submit funding and support requests for financial sustainability projects (investment projects, government assignments, and social investment projects) directed at the Waqf and non-profit sectors. Submission of Financial Data or Statements
This service enables you to provide the Authority with the Waqf's annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with the Regulations for Organizing Nazir (Supervision) Activities. The service aims to enhance transparency and governance within the Waqf sector, thereby protecting Awqaf and developing their financial ecosystem.
Assigning Waqf Supervision to the Authority (Tanzeer)
This service allows the account manager to submit a request to transfer the supervision (Nazir) responsibilities of a Waqf to the General Authority for Awqaf. This ensures the continuous care and management of the Waqf in accordance with the best institutional practices, particularly when the current supervision cannot continue or the Endower's (Waqif) condition regarding supervision is interrupted.
Adding and Removing a Waqf Supervisor (Nazir)

This service enables you to request the intervention of the General Authority for Awqaf as an interested party in cases pending before the judiciary, specifically in lawsuits related to establishing or invalidating a Waqf, or a will containing a Waqf. Adding and Removing a Beneficiary
This service enables the account manager to manage the Waqf’s beneficiary records with flexibility by adding new beneficiaries or updating the data of existing beneficiaries, ensuring data accuracy and the smooth disbursement of Waqf funds to eligible beneficiaries in accordance with the Waqif’s conditions.

Reporting a Waqf Violation
This service enables you to contribute to enhancing Waqf governance and protection by reporting any transgressions or violations of the laws and instructions issued by the Authority or relevant entities. The Authority commits to reviewing all reports responsibly and with utmost confidentiality to ensure the safety of Awqaf and achieve the Endowers' intentions.
Judicial Support
This service enables you to obtain specialized legal and judicial consultations for Awqaf that lack sufficient financial resources to cover consultation fees, thereby supporting the Waqf's stability and enhancing its legal practices. The Authority acts as a supportive partner here to ensure the protection of Waqf assets and guarantee that its operations are managed according to prevailing laws.
Reporting an Unregistered Waqf
This service enables you to help inventory Awqaf that are not registered with the General Authority for Awqaf, ensuring their legal protection and documenting their data according to the best governance standards. Through this service, the Authority aims to safeguard Waqf assets and ensure their continuous giving in a manner that fulfills the Endowers' intentions.
Fundraising License
This service enables you to apply for an official license to collect donations intended to finance Awqaf (existing or new), with the aim of developing, operating, or rehabilitating Waqf assets. The service is available to corporate entities (Awqaf and charitable societies) to ensure operations fall within a legal framework that enhances reliability and social impact.
Endowment Beneficiary Registration
This service empowers you to submit a registration request for Family Awqaf that fall under the Nazarah of the General Authority for Awqaf. It is designed to safeguard the rights of entitled individuals and streamline the disbursement procedures of Waqf entitlements in strict adherence to Waqifs' stipulations.
